CANCELLATION POLICY
- Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers are entitled to a full refund when they cancel a purchase within 14 days (the 14-day period begins on the day the service contract is finalised, not the day the service starts).
- Outside this 14-day period, due to administrative costs, bank fees and taxes, depending on your payment plan:
- FULL PAYMENT is 70% refundable
- 4 PAYMENT PLAN: First payment is not refundable
- If you cancel your participation up to 7 days before Camp starts, your entire payment will be moved to EVC 2028.
- In case of extreme world crisis (pandemic, war), your payments will move to EVC 2028.
BY PAYING THE FIRST OR FULL PAYMENT YOU CONFIRM that you are aware of this and you agree on our booking conditions.
