CANCELATION POLICY
- If you cancel before May 1st: Booking Fee is 50% refundable or you can move it 100% to next year’s Camp. If you cancel after May 1st: Booking
- Fee is non-refundable, but you can move it 100% to next year’s Camp. If you cancel after July 10th: Booking Fee is non-refundable.
- Payments 2 and 3 are 100% refundable up till July 15th.
- ONLY by paying the Booking Fee you will have a spot booked for you.
- In case of extreme world crisis (like pandemic) we will move all your payments to next year’s camp.
