YOGA
Have you ever thought that you are not flexible enough or too stressed to try yoga? Or do you already have some experience and want to join a smartly tailored yoga course? In both cases, I want to show you that yoga is for everybody and every body, as long as you stay curious and willing to learn new things! The main goal of practicing yoga is to achieve a sense of your most balanced self and not be overly distracted by physical or mental obstacles such as stiffness, pain, or overthinking. There’s also a great possibility that by being in a more harmonious state, you can effectively improve the quality of your everyday life. In this workshop, I’ll guide you through the most crucial techniques from the “yogic toolbox,” like accessible postures, proper breathing, and concentration methods. All of this will be put together in well-rounded classes that you can start your day with. You’ll also learn simple but effective techniques to implement in your daily routine outside the vocal camp. And the most important thing—in this class, we will laugh too!
