Samantha Noella, a well-known Indian vocalist and vocal instructor based in Mumbai (India) is renowned for her ability to perform in a variety of musical genres, including Jazz, R&B, Funk, Blues, and Soul. She began singing professionally in 1992, and she is a talented vocalist, composer, and lyricist. Samantha began voice coaching in 2006 and quickly rose to prominence in the field of teaching Western Modern/Contemporary Music.
Samantha’s debut single, “5 Minute Fudge,” was released in October 2020. She worked with well- known musicians like Gino Banks, Karl Peters, and Anurag Naidu. Nine of her original songs are in her repertoire. Samantha frequently performs with a gamut of celebrated performers both in India as well overseas. She has tutored a wide spectrum of students, including members of the entertainment business like Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan, Shraddha Kapoor and many others, thus her influence goes beyond the stage. Samantha features on the soundtrack of many celebrated India films like Mr. & Mrs. Iyer, Everybody says I’m fine, Brahmastra, to name a few.
Samantha Noella has received training in both Indian classical music and the Kodály Method, and she has studied jazz improvisation with eminent teachers such Grammy winner Peter Eldridge and Grammy nominee Roseanna Vitro. She graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and has an MA in Sociology. Besides two Licentiates in Music Performance and Teaching from Rockschool, UK. Samantha is currently in the Level 3 Modern Vocal training advanced vocal coach training programme, and has been chosen by MVT to serve as the Regional Mentor for India and is dedicated to upgrading her coaching qualifications.
