Max has been involved with various events within the music industry for 15 years. Currently, Max works with believe – a global digital distributor. Within the the company, he works as label manager for Drakkar Entertainment, product manager for roughly 40 rock and pop artists and A and R for multiple music labels.

Before working at believe, Max studied event management in Dresden, Germany. After completing his bachelors degree, max worked as a project manager for staff and talent for musical festivals all across Germany alongside touring with his band.
After this, Max worked as a Show and Event manager for four years onboard AIDA cruises where he was responsible for planning all shows/events and for the ensemble and bands.
