INTRODUCTION TO APPLIED MUSIC THEORY

This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to feel more secure in their knowledge of music theory. Through a selection of interactive activities participants will develop a working knowledge of basic theoretical concepts such as harmony, notation, scales, and rhythm. More importantly, participants will explore how these theoretical concepts can be applied to the real world of music in a way that is creative, playful, and fun!
